How do I get access to OMF at NICTA? For access to OMF, please contact the Networking Systems Theme at NICTA.
What is OMF? OMF is a generic framework for managing networking testbeds. OMF provides the means to manage networking testbeds by enabling users to run experiments, control testbed resources and collect experiment metrics. For an overview, read An Introduction to OMF.
Who is eligible to use OMF? As such, OMF is meant for all research and educational uses. Because of IT and administrative issues, the NICTA testbed is not yet open to the outside world. To use this testbed, please contact the Networking Systems Theme at NICTA.
Are OMF and ORBIT the same? OMF and ORBIT are similar in concept and design. ORBIT is essentially an older version of OMF deployed at WINLAB.
